Baby Plants!

Many farmers, urban and otherwise, start growing plants before it's fully Spring outside, using a greenhouse. We do too! Our greenhouse plants sprouted a couple weeks ago, and are growing quickly. The baby broccoli and lettuce plants are way too cute for words, so enjoy a couple of pictures instead. Greenhouses take a lot of work, and need to be checked literally every day since the plants are in an artificial environment. It can quite easily get too hot, or too wet, or too much of anything else. It's worth the trouble, though, when you can get started that much sooner with your garden or farm!
