4 Seasons of Growing at Common Good City Farm!

Although our farm programs have wrapped up for 2015, our growing has not! We have just added a high tunnel to the farm and are very excited about the possibilities it brings to Common Good. High tunnels are unheated greenhouse-like structures that extend the traditional growing season. With this addition, Common Good City Farm will be growing nutritious produce all year long for our community. The 2015/2016 winter will be our pilot winter growing season and we look forward to sharing our progress (and produce!) Our friends at Urban Farm Plans took the lead on the high tunnel construction along with incredible volunteer support from Farmer Mac.
