Recipe of the Week: Rosemary Green Beans and Tomatoes
The farm has had a great crop of green beans this year. Eat these vegetables for a great source of B vitamins and antioxidants! Check out this recipe that combines green beans and tomatoes, another great farm staple, into a delicious side dish! Add farm-fresh rosemary and garlic for a flavorful and healthy recipe. Rosemary Green Beans and Tomatoes Ingredients 1 cup Green Beans 1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved 3 cloves of garlic, minced 1 tbsp rosemary, chopped 1tbsp olive oil Instructions 1. Saute green beans and garlic in olive oil over medium heat until slightly browned (about 10 minutes). 2. Add tomatoes and rosemary and cook for approximately 5 minutes. 3. Serve warm.
