Combat Food Insecurity - Community Pantry Launch

Roots for Life, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting food security and healthy living, is excited to announce the launch of a new community fridge in collaboration with Common Good City Farm. 

The community fridge, located at 300 V Street, NW, is an initiative aimed at providing free, fresh, and healthy food to local families in need. The fridge will be stocked with donations from local farms, grocery partners, and community members.

Funds raised will be used to purchase food for families in the community during the holiday season, with a goal of ensuring that no family in the neighborhood goes hungry.
