A Taste of History Recap
We had a magical evening with Chef Kat of Kutlery who led participants through a cooking demo of a 4-course meal complete with beautiful floral centerpieces as well as incorporating the history of notable LeDroit Park residents into each dish. As participants entered the farm, they were able to take some radishes, carrots, and peppers to nosh on along with a Green Goddess dressing. Chef Kat then demonstrated how to make a baked ratatouille followed by buttermilk fried okra. Finally, participants enjoyed peaches with whipped mascarpone, toasted pecans, and micro basil.
