Slow Food Ark of Taste: Fish Pepper

02.png

Come learn about the history of the fish pepper and how it features in the Chesapeake Bay Foundation's work to teach about local ag history during a talk with Mark Haskell of Slow Food DC.

Enjoy sampling hot sauce, including those made by Common Good City Farm and featuring Soilful City's Pippin' Sauce (made from fish peppers). The event will include a potluck lunch featuring a Baltimore fish stew highlighting the fish pepper.

We invite you to bring a dish, but don't worry it doesn't need to include peppers!
