Five years ago, Common Good City Farm (CGCF), then 7th St. Garden, took root and later broke ground on an unused baseball field in LeDroit Park, becoming the pioneers in urban farming in Washington DC. On Thursday, October 11th, we proudly celebrated our fifth year anniversary with the Taste of Common Good.

Thursday, October 11th we will be celebrating Common Good City Farm’s fifth anniversary with a Taste of Common Good. The farm has come a long way in the last five years and we want to celebrate with all of you who have helped make it happen.

We will be proud to welcome the CGCF family to celebrate ‘down on the farm’ from 5:00pm to 7:00pm for a live jazz performance and fresh, local tastings prepared by some of DC's hottest chefs. Please purchase your ticket before the event. Remember, we will be hosting a VIP after-party at Meridian Pint from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.

Common Good City Farm is growing up! This year, we'll be celebrating our 5th Anniversary by kicking off our new signature event, Taste of Common Good! On Thursday, October 11th at 5pm, we're expecting 150 guests to join us 'down on the farm' for a live jazz performance and fresh, local tastings prepared by some of DC's hottest chefs.
