Interested in learning more about gardening, food preparation, healthy eating, and environmental sustainability? Come to Common Good City Farm’s Growing Gardens workshop series for hands-on training and education. The 2012 Workshop Schedule is posted!

  • Saturday, June 9th, learn the secrets behind Decoding Nutrition Labels with health and wellness educator Alison Brown
  • Saturday, June 16th, Herbalism 101 is on offer. For those of you who missed the first one, here's your opportunity to learn from Tricia McCauley, our resident herbalist!
  • Wednesday, June 27th, join us for a Summer Herb Walk, the traditional way of learning what's growing and what its effects are.
  • and on Saturday, June 30th, get a grip on Navigating the Grocery Store in this informative workshop

Our popular canning workshops are currently full, but please email info@commongoodcityfarm.org to be notified as soon as we open more due to popular demand!

The cost for each 2-hour workshop is $25 per participant and are free for income-qualifying individuals. Walk-ins are allowed if space is available, but workshops fill up fast, so book your seat online ASAP!
