Workshop: Herbalism 101

What does it mean to use herbs to support health? Learn to harness the power of your garden! This workshop covers the basics of harvesting and drying herbs and making teas, poultices, compresses. We'll also explore the history of herbal medicine around the world. Bring a mug for sampling teas, paper bags for harvesting, scissors or clippers if you have them, and paper & pen if you’d like to take notes.
